The Buck 112 Ranger is an American pocket knife introduced in 1972 as a more compact alternative to the larger 110 model. This specific specimen is equipped with Genuine Ebony Hardwood scales and solid brass bolsters. The blade is shaped in a traditional clip-point profile and is made from Buck's standard 420HC stainless steel. The knife uses a robust backlock mechanism to secure the blade in the open position. This item comes complete with its original black leather belt sheath and the original factory packaging.
Condition:
- Blade: In excellent condition, with the original factory edge. No visible damage, scratches, or wear on the steel.
- Handle: The ebony is intact and shows no defects. The brass bolsters show clear, natural oxidation (patina) and very light superficial hairline scratches.
- Mechanism: Functions smoothly and correctly. The lock-up is solid, and the blade shows no functional play when open.
