The Civivi Elementum Button Lock is the larger version of the classic Elementum and is distinguished by the absence of a flipper tab. This model opens exclusively by pressing the button lock, after which the blade deploys by gravity or a flick of the wrist. The blade is made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, a Swedish steel known for its high rust resistance, fine grain structure, and sharpness. The handle is crafted from brown Micarta, providing an organic texture and good grip. Due to its size and locking mechanism, this model is a sought-after collector's item within the Elementum line.
Condition:
- Blade: The stonewashed finish is in excellent condition. No visible scratches on the flats and the original factory edge is intact.
- Handle: The Micarta scales show slight discoloration from handling (natural patina), which is common for this material. No structural damage or deep scratches.
- Mechanism: The button lock operates smoothly without 'lock stick'. The blade drops shut under its own weight when the lock is pressed and is correctly centered.

We are strict in our assessment, so that upon receipt it can only be a pleasant surprise:
- Grade A: In excellent condition. May show minimal signs of storage or light rubbing on the scales, but is in very good condition.
- Grade B: A fair example. It has normal scratches on the handle or blade from previous use, but is technically 100% sound.
- Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots. A true work knife.
- Outlet: Here you'll find knives with engravings, heavy wear, or defects. Always check the specific description and photos.
