The Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Multi-Tool is a rugged, full-size multi-tool from the Survival Series. This model is designed for heavy-duty use and features outboard tools, so the pliers don't need to be opened to access the knife or saw. The tool has 12 components, including spring-loaded needle-nose pliers, a partially serrated drop-point blade, a wood saw, and scissors. The handles are ergonomically shaped and feature textured rubber for grip in wet conditions. All folding tools are locked with the 'Safe.T.Plus' sliding system.

Blade: The cutting edge (partially serrated) is sharp and free of chips. Light scratches are visible on the sides of the blade due to use.
Handle: The gray coating on the metal frame shows visible wear and scratches at the highest points and edges. The rubber inlay is intact.
Mechanism: The pliers' spring action is powerful. The locking slides operate smoothly and lock the tools securely. There is no corrosion on the hinges.
