The Leatherman Charge TTi is considered the premium flagship of the Leatherman lineup. This model distinguishes itself from the Charge AL/ALX and the Wave through the use of high-quality materials: the handle scales are crafted from textured titanium, and the primary blade is made of S30V powdered stainless steel, which offers superior edge retention compared to 420HC or 154CM. This particular model is the generation before the introduction of interchangeable wire cutters (pre-2018). A key detail is the design of the pliers: they feature a "Cap Crimper" (a notch at the base of the jaws), originally designed for crimping ignition mechanisms but also suitable for electrical work. The tool features a locking mechanism on all components.

Blade: The S30V blade is intact, and the cutting edge appears undamaged. The serrated blade with cutting hook is also in good condition.
Handle: The titanium scales show minor surface scratches and scuffs. This is a characteristic of titanium, which quickly develops "snail trails" with use.
Mechanism: All tools operate smoothly. The pliers are a Cap Crimper variant and show minor signs of wear on the metal, but close properly.
