This is the "Mon Premier" (My First Opinel) version of the Opinel No. 07, specifically designed with a rounded tip for safe handling. The blade is made of stainless steel (Inox). The handle is made of hornbeam and finished with a bright green (Apple Green) lacquer. The knife is equipped with the Virobloc blade locking system.
Stands:
- Blade: Good, showing minor surface scratches. The rounded shape is original (no broken point).
- Handle: Used; the green paint shows dark discoloration, dirt in the grain, and minor wear. The logo stamp is intact but shows slight fading.
- Mechanism: The Virobloc ring shows visible oxidation spots and flash rust, but its operation is not blocked.

We are strict in our assessment, so that upon receipt it can only be a pleasant surprise:
- Grade A: In excellent condition. May show minimal signs of storage or light rubbing on the scales, but is in very good condition.
- Grade B: A fair example. It has normal scratches on the handle or blade from previous use, but is technically 100% sound.
- Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots. A true work knife.
- Outlet: Here you'll find knives with engravings, heavy wear, or defects. Always check the specific description and photos.

Cleaned & Lubricated
No nasty surprises or stuck tools. Each item is individually inspected and hand-cleaned by us. We remove old grease and grime and treat the pivot point with premium Ballistol oil. You'll receive a knife that's clean, runs smoothly, and is ready for a second life.

The warranty covers technical defects not caused by your own fault. For Outlet items, the warranty does not cover defects that were already mentioned/visible at the time of sale.
