De SOG Parashears is een specialistische multitool ontworpen voor medische hulpverleners en first responders. Dit model is opgebouwd rondom een traumaschaar met SOG's gepatenteerde 'Compound Leverage' tandwielsysteem, wat zorgt voor verhoogde hefboomwerking en knipkracht. Naast de schaar is de tool uitgerust met diverse specifieke reddingsfuncties, waaronder een gordelsnijder, een carbide glasbreker, een zuurstoftanksleutel (O2-wrench) en een pincet. De constructie is gemaakt van 3Cr13 staal gecombineerd met glasvezelversterkt nylon (FRN), wat de gehele tool geschikt maakt voor sterilisatie in een autoclaaf. Het originele nylon SOG-foedraal is inbegrepen.

- Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots. A true work knife.
