The TwoSun TS196 'Pioneer' is an artistic and high-quality take on the everyday utility knife, designed by Rihe Design. The casing is milled entirely from TC4 titanium and features a striking, colorful anodization. It functions like a folding knife but uses standard, replaceable surgical scalpel blades (size #24). This ensures a razor-sharp edge without the need for sharpening. A striking conversation piece and a practical EDC tool all in one.
Stands
- Handle: Titanium with Lightning anodization. In absolutely new condition, no scratches.
- Blade: A carbon steel scalpel blade (no. 24) is fitted. This blade is unused but shows some oxidation from storage. This is a consumable and easily replaceable.
- Mechanism: The knife opens and closes by means of a slipjoint mechanism (no lock, but a 'stop' in the open and closed positions).
- Packaging: Including original TwoSun box.

- Grade A: In excellent condition. May show minimal signs of storage or light rubbing on the scales, but is in very good condition.
- Grade B: A fair example. It has normal scratches on the handle or blade from previous use, but is technically 100% sound.
- Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots. A true work knife.
- Outlet: Here you'll find knives with engravings, heavy wear, or defects. Always check the specific description and photos.

Cleaned & Lubricated
No nasty surprises or stuck tools. Each item is individually inspected and hand-cleaned by us. We remove old grease and grime and treat the pivot point with premium Ballistol oil. You'll receive a knife that's clean, runs smoothly, and is ready for a second life.

We stand behind our products. That's why we offer a standard 12-month warranty on the proper functioning of the mechanism. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the knife, you have a 14-day return period .
The warranty covers technical defects not caused by your own fault. For Outlet items, the warranty does not cover defects that were already mentioned/visible at the time of sale.
