The Victorinox Swiss Cheese Knife is a specialized pocket knife from the 111mm series, developed in collaboration with the Swiss Cheese Association. This model features a large serrated blade for cutting bread and hard cheeses, as well as a specific cheese blade with recesses to prevent soft cheese from sticking to the steel. The tip of the cheese blade is shaped like a fork. The knife is equipped with ergonomic, red two-component scales and a side slide lock to lock the main blade during use.

No nasty surprises or stuck tools. Each item is individually inspected and hand-cleaned by us. We remove old grease and grime and treat the pivot point with premium Ballistol oil. You'll receive a knife that's clean, runs smoothly, and is ready for a second life.

The warranty covers technical defects not caused by your own fault. For Outlet items, the warranty does not cover defects that were already mentioned/visible at the time of sale.
