The Wenger Forester is a multi-purpose pocketknife from the 85mm series by the former Swiss manufacturer Wenger. This model is distinguished by the presence of both a wood saw and a secondary small cutting blade instead of the more common nail file. Typical of Wenger are the springless lever mechanism with serrations, as well as the ergonomic design of the scales. Since the acquisition by Victorinox and the discontinuation of the Wenger brand name in 2013, these specific configurations are no longer produced, making them relevant for collectors of original Swiss-made knives. This example only has tweezers (there is no recess for a toothpick).

- Blade: Shows light scratches and sharpening marks from use; the point is intact.
- Handle: The red Cellidor shells show clear snail trails, scratches, and light dents; the Wenger logo is still clearly visible.
- Mechanism: All tools, including the wood saw, scissors, and small knife, fold and unfold properly; slight soiling visible between the liners.

- Grade B: A fair example. It has normal scratches on the handle or blade from previous use, but is technically 100% sound.
- Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots. A true work knife.
- Outlet: Here you'll find knives with engravings, heavy wear, or defects. Always check the specific description and photos.

The warranty covers technical defects not caused by your own fault. For Outlet items, the warranty does not cover defects that were already mentioned/visible at the time of sale.
