The Wenger Giant is a Swiss Army knife designed to combine virtually all available functions from the historic Wenger range into a single frame. This specific example is a rare configuration with a larger number of tools than the commonly documented models. Due to the manual assembly process at the factory, one of the tools is mounted upside down. Given its size and weight, the Giant was primarily manufactured as a demonstration model and a reference piece for collectors, rather than for regular daily use. The production of Wenger models definitively ceased after its full integration into Victorinox, making this model a historical archive piece.

Condition:

Blade: The various blades and specific cutting tools are in unused to very lightly used condition with their original factory edge.
Handle: The red plastic scales show light, superficial scratches and rub marks caused by storage and handling.
Mechanism: All pivot points and tools open and close properly; some light dust accumulation is visible in the internal spaces between the steel liners.
