The Cold Steel Verdict is a lightweight and functional folding knife designed for everyday carry. This particular model features a 4116 stainless steel blade, an alloy known for its acceptable toughness and ease of sharpening. The handle is made of green glass-fiber-reinforced nylon (GFN) with a tactile texture for extra grip. The knife is equipped with the patented Tri-Ad locking system, a mechanism specifically designed to withstand heavy forces and securely lock the blade in the open position.
Condition:
- Blade: Shows light, superficial signs of use and a small amount of light oxidation around the base of the thumb stud.
- Handle: The green GFN scales are in good condition. The metal hardware, including the screws, shows slight signs of oxidation.
- Mechanism: Technically perfect; the blade pivots smoothly, and the Tri-Ad lock engages securely and without play.
