Leatherman Skeletool CX Carbon Fiber – Grade B

The Leatherman Skeletool CX is the premium version of the regular Skeletool. This particular model features a genuine carbon fiber inlay in the handle, which reduces weight and gives it a distinctive appearance. The blade is crafted from high-quality 154CM stainless steel and features a completely smooth edge (plain edge), unlike the serrated edge of the basic model. The metal parts of the frame are coated with a black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon). The tool comes with a matching nylon belt sheath.

• Blade: The 154CM blade is sharp and the point is intact. However, there are clear scratches and signs of wear along the entire length of the sharpening surface.
• Handle: The black DLC coating shows wear on the edges and contact points. The carbon fiber insert is intact.
• Mechanism: The pliers open and close smoothly. There is visible (surface) oxidation in the recesses of the pliers' head and around the pivot point.
• Accessories: The included nylon sheath is in good condition.
