Please note: The photos shown are for illustrative purposes. As we have multiple units of this model in stock, you will receive a product in a condition comparable to the one pictured. The Opinel No. 09 is a larger model than the standard No. 08, designed for users with larger hands or for heavier cutting tasks. The blade is crafted from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel (Inox), which ensures high corrosion resistance and edge retention. This model features the Virobloc safety ring, which allows the blade to be locked in both the open and closed positions.

Condition:

Blade: Features the original factory finish. May show light scratches or superficial scuffs due to storage or light use.
Handle: The wood is structurally sound. May show light signs of use, but no cracks or defects.
Mechanism: The Virobloc ring functions correctly. The rotating mechanism is smooth.

Specifications:

Brand: Opinel
Model: No. 09 Inox
Steel type: Sandvik 12C27 (Stainless Steel)
Locking mechanism: Virobloc
Handle material: See "Color" option

Transparency Grading

We are strict in our assessment so that you will only be pleasantly surprised upon receipt:

Grade A: In excellent condition. May have minimal signs of storage, but is in a very neat, unused condition.
Grade B: A fair item. May contain normal scratches or other signs of previous use, but is 100% technically sound.
Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots.
