The Spyderco Para Military 2 is one of the most highly regarded folding knives in the EDC (Everyday Carry) community and is manufactured at the Golden, Colorado factory. This model features the patented Compression Lock, a lock located on the spine that combines strong blade retention with safe one-handed closing. The blade is made from CPM S30V, a powder-metallurgy stainless steel known for a good balance between edge retention and toughness. This specific version features a non-reflective black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating and textured Digital Camo G-10 handle scales.
Condition:
- Blade: The black DLC coating shows various visible scratches and rub marks on both sides of the blade, consistent with regular use. The edge shows no chips.
- Handle: The Digital Camo G-10 shows slight discoloration from use and some grime in the texture. The pocket clip has clear wear on the black coating on the edges and surface.
- Mechanism: The Compression Lock functions technically perfectly. The knife has a smooth action and correct centering. Includes a black leather belt holster.
