The Wenger Evolution 17 combines a comprehensive tool set with the ergonomic handles characteristic of the Evolution series. This 4-ply model features a double-toothed wood saw, the patented Wenger spring-loaded scissors, and a nail file instead of a small knife. Unlike the "S" versions, this model has a regular slipjoint, meaning the knife doesn't jam when opened.

Stands:

  • Blade: Good condition. Shows light drag marks from opening and closing, but the edge is original and undamaged.
  • Handle: The red Evolution scales show visible signs of wear. There are scratches and dull spots on the curves of the tread.
  • Mechanism: Slip joint (no locking). The springs are properly tensioned, and all tools click shut securely.
  • Tools: The wood saw is sharp. The scissor spring is functioning properly. A toothpick and tweezers are included.

Transparency Grading

We are strict in our assessment so that you will only be pleasantly surprised upon receipt:

  • Grade A: In excellent condition. May have minimal signs of storage, but is in a very neat, unused condition.
  • Grade B: A fair item. May contain normal scratches or other signs of previous use, but is 100% technically sound.
  • Grade C: Clearly heavily used. Expect visible scratches, dents, or dull spots.

No nasty surprises or stuck tools. Every item is individually inspected and hand-cleaned by us. We remove old grease and grime and treat the pivot point with premium Ballistol oil. You receive a knife that is clean, operates smoothly, and is immediately ready for a second life.

Warranty & Returns

We stand behind our products. That is why you receive a standard 12-month warranty on the proper functioning of the mechanism. Should the knife not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to reconsider and return it.

The warranty applies to technical defects that were not caused by your own actions.
