This pocket knife is part of Wenger's Evolution series, recognizable by its ergonomically shaped handles designed for a better grip. It's an 85mm model from the Delémont factory, produced before its full integration into Victorinox. This particular example features a comprehensive tool set, including the patented Wenger serrated scissors with a lever-spring system, a wood saw, and a nail file.
Stands:
- Blade: In good condition with original profile. The steel shows minor signs of use, but no chips or deformations.
- Handle: The red Evolution scales show clear superficial scratches and snail trails, which is characteristic of Grade B used examples of this type of plastic.
- Mechanism: All tools open and close smoothly. The spring of the shears (lever system) is intact and functional. The teeth of the wood saw are sharp.
Specifications:
- Brand: Wenger
- Model: Evolution 17 (Evo 17)
- Steel type: Stainless steel (Inox)
